Sunil Kshatri

Namaste. It is my great pleasure to have you here.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialled by International Coaching Federation(ICF, USA), a Certified Applied Neuroscience coach from Synaptic Potential (UK) and Potential Genesis (India) and a Certified Barrett Value Consultant, UK.

As an Executive Leadership Coach, I work with Corporate leaders, Mid-Career Professionals, and Business owners/entrepreneurs in helping them achieve their dreams and goals.

My passion is to… coach people partnering with them to look inside to increase their self-awareness; to power their own innate potential and support them on their journey towards being highly effective, productive and happy.

Over the last four years, I have coached clients in numerous areas like building their leadership effectiveness, people management, emotional and positive intelligence, effective decision making and impactful communication.

I also have coached clients to help them build their businesses, bring balance between work and home and improve their relationships with selves and others.

I enjoy being in the journey of transformation of my clients as it gives me the power to continue my own journey to be an evolved professional and human being.

My clients find me warm and supportive which help them open up to connect with their inner self and address disempowering behaviours, limiting beliefs, fears, and unhealthy stress, thereby freeing their energies to grow and live the life they aspire for.

In addition to that, I have deep knowledge of Hogan’s Leadership assessment and MBTI framework for Personality Inventory types. I am also trained on LSIP for large group transformation interventions.

Academically, I am an Electronics and Communications Engineer. To satisfy my need to learn and grow I did various Management certificate courses in Operations, HR and Marketing in my earlier career days. My Corporate experience has essentially been in the area of technology development, delivery management, Human Resources Development and Managing Operations at leadership levels.

My Coaching Model

My Coaching Methodology

One-to-One with the Coachee

  • Duration: Six months to one year (one year, for best results)
  • Frequency of sessions: Preferably Once every 21 days (not later than 30 days).
  • Each Session Duration: 60 to 90 minutes
  • First session: Complimentary ‘Discovery’ session for Coachee & Coach to connect and ensure coachability. This session would be face-to-face or over the Video call.
  • Assessments and exercises during and/or between the sessions
  • Additional assignments for the Coachee, between sessions.

If the Coachee is sponsored by Organization (Can be customized):

  • Identify at least two goals of the intervention by the Sponsor and one personal goal by the Coachee. (Personal goal is not shared with sponsor organization)
  • The Coachee will prepare a summary of every session, with a focus on actionable items, and share it with the Coach. Reflective Journaling (it is one of the assignments)
  • A 30 minutes review meeting/call with all involved – Sponsor, Coachee and Coach – at the end of every three months.
  • The Coachee and the sponsor organization will decide on the methodology of reporting. The Coach will NOT share specifics of coaching conversations with sponsor organization/others.
  • For the ROI of Coaching – Measuring performance, progress and 360-degree feedback of the Coachee with before and at the end of the engagement with at least 6 colleagues, including boss, peer & subordinates
