Linked or looped back to what we were trying to address and wrapped up with, what can we do to plug the discoveries and move ahead from the same. The impact it used to generate was making one reflect, go deeper within for aspects touched upon, make notes and use examples of live situations with candour and open-mindedness to discuss and explore the improvement areas.

As AVP my organization gave me an opportunity to work with Sunil as my coach to increase my Leadership Quotient. We did a 360 with key stakeholders also through a customized questionnaire to identify my strengths and weaknesses. Sunil used humble enquiry in our coaching sessions to help me identify and work on areas to increase my effectiveness. We created and worked on a time-bound plan with regular reviews with the team and sponsoring Leader. My team visibly experienced my transformation as a leader and for them, I am the role model leader in the organization. I hired Sunil to be my coach to become a business leader after being a functional expert with 20+ years of experience in the automobile industry.
